We've seen the need for onsite Covid assessments grow over the last few months. Restrictions are easing and events are coming back. To help the transition, Limelight’s seamless, contactless check-in process with an onsite Covid assessment ensures the safety of attendees. All touch-points are handled directly through attendees’ mobile phones, enabling venues to safely get back to in-person experiences while social distancing.
Onsite attendees can walk up to the event and scan a QR code to access the Covid Self-Assessment. The process allows users to:
Once a user has submitted their assessment and is cleared for entry to the event, they will be directed to a contactless self check-in process on their mobile screen.
If at any point a user answers "Yes" to any symptomatic questions, the user's screen will alert them to not attend the event. Additionally, they will not be able to access the self check-in process to proceed into the event.
Our Covid assessments have enabled companies to effectively track all attendees, house all important legal and health information, as well as avoiding bottlenecking at the entrance by moving attendees along the check-in process in a speedy and seamless manner.
View real-time insights and responses with the Limelight analytics dashboard. All data collected is stored securely in Limelight’s system. Limelight’s API integration can send results and data to any 3rd party system endpoint in your MarTech stack.
