Challenge:
Increase the presence, awareness, and interest of the smart for two vehicles across Canada while registering hot leads for quick deal follow-up. Capture participant feedback while interacting with the product.
Solution:
Use Limelight's test-drive feature to capture hot leads digitally, so dealer can receive data quickly for customer follow-up. Leverage the video feature and survey to obtain immediate consumer feedback.
At the Event
- Attendees registered for a test-drive by filling out the digital test drive form
- A photo of their driver's license was captured and saved with their test drive form.
- A digitally signed waiver was also saved with the waiver.
- Participants could also enter a contest at point of registration.
- A triggered Thank You email was sent immediately after registration to those who participated in the test drive and contest.
- During the test drive, the participant had the option to have a feedback video captured, providing immediate feedback of the car they were test driving.
- Post-test drive surveys were conducted for immediate feedback on the car
- Photo Share feature was used to capture participant interacting with the smart. Photo had a branded overlay and was immediately sent to their email.
Post-Event
- Data captured was securely provided to smart to allow timely follow-up of hot leads
- Videos captured were assessed for feedback of the vehicle

- All opt-in participants were communicated with and placed in smart sales funnel
