Digital Marketing Manager

Limelight Platform is looking for a results driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our comprehensive digital marketing and lead generation strategy.

Limelight is SaaS martech software that converts event and activation participation into personalized and automated consumer experiences, actionable insights and increased sales for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various digital channels, experience managing campaigns, and a data-driven mindset. This role will oversee all aspects of our online presence, ensuring brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement goals are achieved. We are looking for someone who lives in the GTA and is willing and able to work from our Yorkville office four (4) days a week (Monday - Thursday) and working from home on Friday’s. We are a small nimble team who likes to collaborate in-person. This position will report directly to the CEO.

You will be joining a dynamic team of energetic and intelligent individuals focused on delivering innovative solutions for a wide range of customers such as BMW, Porsche, Lucid, Mazda, RBC, Progressive, Kellogg’s, BRP and many more!

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Limelight Platforms Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, understanding our digital journey and enhancing brand visibility in the B2B space. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, creating compelling content including social media, email marketing, SEO, managing campaigns, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales and customer success objectives. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of marketing activities, from website management to leveraging external resources to optimize our marketing efforts.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

●  Creating and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall company goals and objectives, including increasing brand awareness, acquiring new customers (and retaining existing ones), SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media (LinkedIn) and email marketing.

●  Developing and executing demand and lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.

●  Utilizing various digital channels, including email, social media (LinkedIn), paid marketing, and SEO to reach target audiences effectively.

●  Creating engaging and informative content tailored to our target audience, including blog/LinkedIn posts, white-papers, case studies, and video content - including some basic design work and moderate copywriting and editing.

●  Implementing demand generation tactics to drive awareness and interest; ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the needs and pain points of B2B customers.

●  Oversee the company website to ensure it accurately reflects our brand identity, showcases our products/services effectively, and provides a seamless user experience.

●  Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

●  Track key performance metrics (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

●  Stay current with digital marketing trends, technology, and best practices; identify opportunities to enhance our digital presence.

Develop, manage, and optimize budgets for digital marketing initiatives.

 

What You’ll Bring:

●  5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns, preferably in the SaaS or B2B relationships and sales enablement.

●  Demonstrated expertise in campaign management and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives.

●  Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Willing to wear multiple hats, move fast and change on the fly.

●  Experience with website management, including familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus, and familiarity with web analytics tools, HubSpot and SalesForce.

●  Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to measure performance and drive decision-making.

●  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.

●  Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
